We value your trust and satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for purchases made on AccAtlas.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if the purchased product cannot be delivered or is defective.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Digital products such as Facebook ADS accounts, Business Manager accounts, and Marketplace profiles are non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds do not apply to errors caused by incorrect usage by the buyer.
